4T095 is a 95 degree, recessed mount thermodisc. It is wired between your switch and the blower motor (onto the stove). It will allow power to go through once the stove heats up to 95 degrees and will cut power once your stove drops below that 10 degree differential, 85* F temperature, in order to not blow cold air from your stove.

This is used on several multi speed thermostats as the low speed disc, but is most common on the Silent Flame Brand 2058 and 2062, and Long Manufacturing 1661 and 1662 Models.

Unfortunately the complete assembly shown below is no longer available, but we can replace the working disc in the thermostat.
